Introducing the New Knox Climate Watch Website!
We’re excited to announce the launch of the Knox Climate Watch website—a new online hub dedicated to climate action, advocacy, and renewable energy solutions in our community!
Our website is designed to be a resource for anyone looking to stay informed and get involved in local climate initiatives. Here’s what you can expect:
🌍 Local Climate News & Updates – Stay up to date with the latest climate policies, events, and initiatives in Knoxville and beyond.
🔎 Educational Resources – Learn about climate change impacts, solutions, and ways to take action at the local level.
📅 Events & Community Engagement – Find upcoming events, workshops, and volunteer opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals and make a difference.
🤝 Get Involved – Whether you’re looking to advocate for policy change, participate in grassroots efforts, or learn more about sustainability, our website provides ways for you to take meaningful action.

On Friday, February 21, 2025 I will be joined by Chet Hunt and Deb O’Dell at the GeoSys symposium held at the Student Union and hosted by the students of the Geography and Sustainability program at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. We will have the floor at a roundtable discussion from 9:10-10:00 am. Please let us know what you would like us to emphasize as we attempt to reach out to the student community at the University campus.
