At Knox Climate Watch, we believe that collective action starts with awareness and engagement.
Our outreach efforts focus on building strong connections within the community to drive meaningful climate action. We strive to inspire individuals, organizations, and policymakers to join us in addressing the climate crisis.


Raising Awareness
Through events, workshops, and community engagement, we aim to increase understanding of climate change and its impact on our region.

Building Partnerships
We collaborate with local organizations, businesses, and community groups to expand our reach and build a unified movement for sustainability.

Environmental Stewardship
We inspire individuals and communities to embrace sustainability by reducing waste, conserving water, and supporting local green initiatives.

"Kiss the Ground" Panel and Lecture
We partnered with UT’s Baker Center to host the lecture and panel discussion along with a viewing of the documentary “Kiss the Ground”.

Climate Workshop
We attended a climate workshop hosted by the City of Knoxville at the new Public Works Building—building community engagement for climate action

2025 GeoSym Panel
We participated with UT’s Department of Geography and Sustainability to patriate in their 5th Geography symposium. We spoke with students about what KCW does.
